The Republic of the Philippines – BOS Phase-In
On 23 February, 2017, The United States Department of Defense awarded JJLL, LLC a contract to provide Facility Support and Base Operations Support (BOS) services for U.S. Military Forces and Federal Government agencies in the Republic of the Philippines. JJLL, LLC is made up of J&J Worldwide Services [Managing Member] and Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.
CONTRACT DETAILS: JJLL, LLC will provide Philippines Operations Support Services for the U.S. Pacific Command (USPACOM) Augmentation Team–Philippines (PAT–PHL), Special Operations Command, Pacific (SOCPAC), and Marine Corps Forces, Pacific (MARFORPAC) as well as other U.S. Military Forces and Federal Government agencies supporting USPACOM that are performing a variety of advisory and assistance missions in support of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
In performing the contract, JJLL, LLC will employ U.S. and Filipino employees to provide facility management, security, transportation, materials handling, maintenance, food and transient lodging services in the Philippines. The contract was awarded for one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional years and is valued at more than $58 million dollars.
Locations: The contract includes five (5) operating locations at Manila and Zamboanga. Future support may include locations within Southeast Asia.
