Through an integrated design and construction process, our team focuses on credits typically best suited for medical repair and renewal projects within the healthcare environment that meet the new LEEDv4 categories:

  • Location and Transportation
  • Sustainable Sites
  • Water Efficiency
  • Energy & Atmosphere
  • Materials & Resources
  • Indoor Environmental Quality
  • Innovation/Exemplary Performance
  • Regional Priority

Every project is unique, but some projects really put into perspective the importance of our role as a construction contractor. One example, was our involvement throughout the design concept, renovation, and construction of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) – Honolulu, HI. It is an incredible feeling to know, the work we did will help the doctors and nurses at TAMC save the lives of little babies. Nothing can be more satisfying than that.
