J&J Maintenance, Inc. DBA J&J Worldwide Services (J&J) was founded in 1970 as an 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) enterprise when two (2) business competitors, Johnny Voudouris and James Lee, joined forces to launch a company focused on providing quality, cost–effective custodial services for the U.S. Government customer. With James’ retirement in 1990, Johnny and Sharron Voudouris continued to transform J&J into a company well known today within the Department of Defense (DoD) community as an Industry Leader in the performance of facility maintenance services.

Armed with a clear vision, strong leadership, and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service, J&J still remains a privately-held company committed to serving the military customer. J&J has enjoyed controlled growth over the past 45+ years, earning a place among one of the top Federal contractors on the Bloomberg Government 6th Annual BGOV200 Federal Industry Leaders, ranking at No. 198. These rankings reveal the top Federal contractors based on fiscal 2016 data for unclassified prime contracts awarded across all Government agencies in the U.S. The leaders on this elite list feature companies who advance technology and efficiency, create jobs, and provide critical services in the U.S. and overseas. J&J is one of the few privately–held firms to achieve this ranking.
